Comedian and A-list actor Kevin Hart announced early Friday morning that he “made the choice to step down” from hosting the 91st Academy Awards amid a backlash over the resurfacing of previous gay jokes and tweets.

No wonder Eddie Murphy has been keeping a relatively low profile over the last several years. If you go back and watch his Stand-Up specials from the 1980's, 'Delirious' and 'Raw' (both incredibly funny) you will see that at least 60-70% of the material would never be able to fly today due to the preponderance of gay and misogynistic jokes.

Hence the importance of having a lot of "F-You money" put away. Hopefully this PC overreach will start waking up some people in hollywood.

Incidentally; this whole oscar situation with Kevin Hart may have something to do with his lack of Trump jokes during his act. You see; Hart is not only a black man, but he is a businessman who is smart enough to realize that it is not financially prudent to alienate half of your potential audience just to make a political point. Unfortunately; this is unacceptable to the leftist hollywood crowd, so Hart must be made an example of. If he had included some anti-Trump material in his act; his past "anti-gay" jokes would never have been mentioned and he would still be hosting the oscars.
