I suspect that Trump prefers a male opponent in 2020 so as to remedy the political damage that his battle with Hillary caused to his and GOP standing with suburban women.
Trump will have his pick. He can offend “suburban women” or be accused of racism. Because no way in hell can a white male get the Democrat nomination in 2020.
The only way to secure the support of “suburban women” anyway is to heartily endorse baby killing.
