Syncro, it has NEVER been done before. The closest to it is that in 1994, a Senator who was acting as the Presiding Officer announced an Adjournment or Recess during a Quorum vote.

So, it did not need a vote to adjourn or recess.

Because the VP is the constitutional President, or Presiding Officer, of the Senate, he has the constitutional power to do it. He also has the constitutional power to decide all inquires about the constitutionality of it. He would out-rank the Parliamentarian. Bwahahahahaha!

But again, it has never been done before. If Trump & Pence tried it, it would be a nuclear war in the Senate. And I might be under-estimating that. LOL.

It would also give Democrats in the House the leverage to impeach both Trump AND Pence. For conspiracy to do something or other.

Thanks

Both dems and gops have their fingers on the nuke button already

Impeach45: they actually don’t have a case but may try it anyway.

Another distraction and who knows if they do it the senate may convict him. Lots of turncoats in the Senate

I’d love to see the @POTUS tweets if they did start impeachment procedures! Ha ha

Oh and you know the dems, all they need is to accuse him of anything major and they will say it doesn’t matter if it is true or not, it’s the seriousness of the crime in the false accusation that matters. SOP for dems.

Of course the madder Trump gets at the dems for their stupid stuff the more chance they will slip up and reveal their dark souls even more than they have already.

Have a Nice Merry Christmas!

It’s not my handle, but I am Saved By Grace also...
