UNT is a very liberal campus. Not indicative of the rest of the state.

While UNT in Denton is very liberal, this is at the UNT in Dallas, off I20 and I35W in South Dallas.
However, I was not aware that the Constitution did not cover mostly black parts of town or a citizen living there.
I do not believe that Mr. Masin lives on campus, which has complicated other such cases.
Completely and totally anonymous allegation, with no right of recourse.
In a US law school.

If you’ll look Texas hasn’t been in the red column all that
long. The last Texas Democrat US Senator left office in
June 1993. The last Texas Democrat governor left office in
January 17, 1995.
