The sheriff has the legal and armed muscle to resist and turn back fascist federal goons who attack your families and community.
How can the sheriff do that?
Good question. The sheriff can deputize 2,000 or more armed citizens to confront and repel fat-ass federal goons dressed in gestapo clown suits.
How does that happen?
Simple, the fat-ass federal goons don’t have the manpower to tamp down 1,000 counties in revolt.
Why not?
Because 95% of federal fascists are low IQ slobs who sit around all day eating giant bags of potato chips and gulping down gallons of coca cola. They are not fit for combat.
Can you prove that?
Yes, take a walk thru any federal bureaucracy and see the fat, gelatinous jellyfish squatting at their desks.
Whenever I see this picture, the theme song to “The Beverly Hillbillies” starts playing in my head.

Ummm, France "won" the first war, although her losses in manpower and economically were horrific. France did not regain her 1913 GDP in real terms until 1954.
It's not simply the idiotic socialist policies-- France has had those for a long time-- it's the fact that those policies are now ever more intrusive and actually enforced. Like some parts of the US (Chicago, New York), France was heavily regulated but many many regulations were never seriously enforced.
Now (again like parts of the US), those regulations are enforced with a vengeance, not because they make sense but because they allow the government to extort more cash.
Like here, the middle class get fined for everything, while the rich skate and the imported brown hordes get a pass.
A solid majority in France (including some of the police and others in the state apparatus) have had enough and are willing to see a pre-revolutionary situation develop. If Macron order the police or army to open fire, there's a good chance they will refuse to do so. If there is widespread rebellion against his authority, the army may step in and remove the government, a move that would probably be widely applauded, until a Sixth Republic can be formed.
I guess the writer never heard of the straw that broke the camel's back.....that statement alone brings questions about how close the article is to actual truth versus what the author believes and thinks we should all believe.
Always remember the “Show’ will feature the extremes which are to be found anywhere. The “kitchen” on a cabin cruiser is smaller than that of a yacht just as the kitchen in a sixteenth century building converted to apartments is different from one in a farmhouse in the country. Back to refrigerators. Milk is refrigerated but cheese is not in France. Fruits and vegetables are not. Only meat for tomorrow would be refrigerated in France. As I have stressed before, the key word for the French is “fresh.”
