Simply put. Tillerson is the type of arrogant SOB who doesnt like being fired. Being at a position from an oil company gave him his air. The idiot just didnt do his job the Trump way.
Anyone who has watched the Apprentice and read his book (I did in college) is that Trump does not demand perfection..he expects you to just do your job and finish. Really simple.
