This is a turning point in the 3 month operation to wipe out the last pocket of ISIS control in Syria. Might get Baghdadi here. Even if not, there are are several hundred die hard core ISIS leaders and fighters who have no where left to fall back to. They will be killed or captured here, or will slip out as individuals. It will be the end of ISIS as a terrain-occupying military force in Syria or Iraq. By their definition, the Caliphate is over when the Caliph no longer controls territory.

I read today that the SDF captured a 15 building Bomb Factory. Mass scale weapons manufacturing. ISIS had put up fierce opposition to loosing it.
