each one of those can have a number of people on each indictment. Which means it could mean 100's of thousands of people.
The sealed indictments do exists. The question is what the heck are they for? Most of them where under Sessions watch which is was big on drug enforcement. That is my guess.
What are they waiting for and what are they for?
They are not all indictments. They include warrants, survellance requests and all kinds of court documents related to ongoing cases.
Leftists believe the indictments are for Trump supporters, which, given the DOJ, is more realistic.
