Some 158 million, or a population far larger than all of Russia, want to move to the U.S., about 21 percent of all those in the world seeking a new home.........the U.S. continues to be the most desired destination country for potential migrants, said Gallup.
And as the border war has seen, the United States is a huge draw from those in the Dominican Republic, El Salvador and Honduras. Half of the citizens in those countries want out.... Trump's immigration policies also make that unlikely, having put some limits on refugees and other immigrants.

Questions for the dems —
Are you OK with letting 160M people from other countries move into the US?
Are you OK with letting 1B people from other countries move into the US?
Their idealogy trumps common sense and I bet many would answer yes to both questions.
I often wonder if dishing out food and cash to these 3rd world countries is just throwing it to the wind...never gets down to the people to create the significant difference intended...and the little that does the people end up dependent on it...........
this rule: “if a man will not work, he shall not eat”....should be required in the US for those who can work but don't ....rather they stay on welfare one generation to the other.
And ‘anchor babies’ to the welfare system for single black mothers is seen as their career choice.
Miguel Ortiz and his wife Maryury Elizabeth Serrano-Hernandez climbed over border fence in Tijuana Nov. 26 entered the country illegally near Imperial Beach, Ca. with their two-year-old son , were detained by border patrol officers...... went into labor Nov. 27 and gave birth to Michael Ortiz.....
Maryury Serrano Hernandez, 19, said that giving birth in the U.S. was a BIG REWARD for the familys journey.....(they were brought by truck) husband Serrano-Hernandez 20, said "I always said my son will be born in the United States,'
On sidewalk with caravan in Nov.
Up over the fence...
If you think about it, immigration law does not require a Constitutional amendment. If we get another 2008, where Democrats control both the legislative and executive branches--which is entirely possible in the next decade--I could definitely see them doing something like this.
In the past, they at least had to worry about "appearances." I think they're all well beyond that now. They'll crank out bills day and night, and have them en masse, on the President's desk well before the end of the administration's first 100 days.
We'll have open borders, Obamacare 2.0, some kind of attempt at gun control, and tax increases on everyone. (Though they'll portray it as "only the rich are being soaked.")
If they get any crap from the Supreme Court, they'll just pack it with their own judges.
We live in very precarious times.
158 million want their Free Stuff
Weren’t a bunch of demonrats supposed to leave two years ago?
Yes they said that ..but of course they never mean what they say....liars do that.
It’s not ‘free stuff’.....you and I and others are paying for it for them.
I think I read that this gas taX in France was suppose to be used to pay for all the immigrants on their welfare roles...and another reason the French are upset.
That’s nice. Now stay at home and make your own countries better places to live.
In addition to deporting all Illegal Aliens , so-called Dreamers included, we need a 10 year holiday from all immigration. We need to reset the open borders conditions the Left has created so that at that point we will be the ones once again in control rather than those who want to impose themselves on us and their allies.
Also, we need to rid ourselves of abortion on demand. The country should sustain its population through the posterity of its own citizens and not through immigration. One might even say that should be seen as in our vital national interest.
... for the moment....
You know we see this happen in our neighborhoods....every time.. flooding them in we also see the trail of garbage and filth that follow them...I don’t see they adapt all that much in that respect once here.
But they don’t leave....wish they would.
Yes....interesting isn’t it...read about that before ...this isn’t the first time but they’re surely “busy” down there are they not!
Not mine.
Far too many....
You wouldn’t have to ask...that is their belief system....open borders.
Yep!
Well that’s all well said....but I don’t think it’s the general mindset of our representatives or these would have been addressed long ago.
Every time the nations people squawk about illegals our representatives hold meetings, talk a good game only until things quiet down and something else is put on the front burner...
I’m fully convinced Trump is pretty much solo on this or those in congress would move the ball.....they’re not.
well if they can put everyone on a so called level playing field (dependent on gov.) then they can control the populations.
Look how just technology alone ‘controls’ people now. Bring in the poor who will work for peanuts and be quite happy with gov. hand outs otherwise will surely drop wages.....control is easy.
158 MM is a gross underestimate. I think that would represent the number of people from Bangladesh alone.
