Why didn’t the teacher just start self-identifying as the school superintendent and overrule the school board in this matter?
If they would try to resist him and declare that that is not his title he could cry “But We do not and cannot tolerate discrimination in any form, nor actions that create a hostile environment for any member of our school family - including against me, the Superintendent. If you do not recognize my self-identity you are hateful and will not be tolerated to work here.”
