I thought Russia had nothing to do with the actual, real Podesta email dump since it was leaked to Assange presumably by Seth Rich. Donna Brazile was scared crapless when the hit was put on Seth Rich.

I know, there is no proof of Russian hacks. That was a rumor, lie, that 0pansy, Comey ,Brennen, Clapper, Lynch foisted upon us. This is the beginning point of the great cover story to take out Trump. After this came the fabricated Steel documents to lie to the FISA courts that indeed Trump was dirty.
This whole Russia BS is a very well orchestrated cover up and without the media support, folks would be indited. So many top govt folks involved. Dan Bongino is the one that clearly explains it.
I led teams of agents, analysts and forensic specialists that supported major, interagency investigations. Another good friend of mine is an attorney who left a very good job here in the US and moved his family to India. He leads efforts to recover children from child sex traffickers.

Things like this make me think of Old Testament stories. Some believe that it was a cruel God who would tell His people to utterly destroy other nations. What we often don’t consider is just how corrupt and evil the other nations were. I imagine that nations who eagerly engaged in sacrificing their own children wouldn’t stop at any evil towards children.
All those involved in committing this evil and those in positions of law enforcement who ignore it and allow it to continue are as evil as those whose nations The Lord destroyed. They will at some point face His judgement. I just wish it would come quickly and children would be saved from them.
Clearly you must have a superior pedigree than the experts who have previously served within the institutions promoting the Russian narrative and whose credentialed experience supports the findings in their memos, all of the technical work having been co-opted via disobedientmedia.com.

From what I have read, they got it off the bundle of files. When they are created, the files have time date stamps on them, and they simply looked at the creation time of the first and last files to get that number.
Then they compare it to the size of the file bundle.
The article I read said that they actually tested the transfer speed from the DNC to elsewhere in Washington, and it couldn't come close to the speed the files show to have been transferred at. I think the point was to show it could not have been done by "Russians" because it was impossible to get an international internet connection to transfer any faster than the local one they tested.
The article I read said the speed was very consistent with the transfer time to a local media thumb drive.
The evil in this world is unfathomable. For most decent people the visceral reaction makes us want to believe it cannot be true so we can go about our lives with some sense of normalcy. You almost have to in order to maintain your sanity.
After a long time of researching these things, I’ve come to understand a couple of very important things to remember:
1. Even the perpetrators are victims. This reality is hard to accept because it goes against our need to see a resolution and justice. This does not mean that we should not seek to incarcerate or even execute the worst offenders. However, it is worth considering that the point is to stop or restrain evil. We cannot seek to retaliate by doing the same. Otherwise we will become like the perpetrators. As humans, we cannot commit such acts without being damaged by them ourselves. This is why our Constitution prohibits “cruel and unusual punishments”. When judging people like the Clintons and Podestas, realize that they may have all gone through similar tortures as children. They are probably the product of such SRA.
2. Only obedience to God can truly win the victory against evil. There are limits to what judicial, military, or even angry mobs can accomplish. This diabolical evil will grow until it reaches its apex in the middle of Daniel’s prophecies of the final seven years of this age (see Daniel 9-12). Antichrist will lead the most severe worldwide purge of Christians and Jews by first taking over the banking industry. But he will lose this war.

The notion from the article I linked is that 2 GB in 87 seconds is impossible. That is clearly untrue. I did it in 26 seconds from an ordinary server in NYC to one in Dallas. Both are garden variety virtual servers that can be set up and run by any kind of hacker, or they locate offshore. It won't affect the speed.
I don't know what data center the DNC used, but it's very likely they got better internet service than my $5/month servers.
