Need $$$ to build the wall...Well here is a way
During WW II the government issued War Bonds to help fund the war effort. President Trump needs money to build a border wall. What would be required for the government and treasury to issue WALL Bonds? I’m sure if Wall Bonds were issued the funds for the wall would be rapidly met. If you think this plan would work, please notify the White House and President Trump

The combined budget of the Army and Navy is over $500/year. They will have way more money than they need.
The bonds will be Tariff Anticipation Notes
That is, the notes payable will be repaid from collected tariffs
They will be off the balance sheet and will not add to the debt
