They could superimpose the insipid smiley face sign in this photo to the collage.
It seems its always young, twenty something women with such signs and sentiment. They think not a whit, every opinion or action is ruled by emotions.
These ‘ refugees ‘ would turn these three into pin cushions and probably will in the future.

make a mosiac photo out of such photos/portraits, use the “welcome” sign photo as the “big picture”. Put an artist’s statement on the work and submit it to photo contests. Expect to be blackballed for dissenting viewpoint.
