Judge Sullivan is very familiar with the lying and unethical tactics of Mueller. And he has reversed a conviction in the past.
I note the judge’s order requires Mueller to turn over “any” 302’s. That suggests the judge understands there may be multiple versions of the 302’s here.
If the judge finds the prosecutors failed to turn over ANY evidence that would tend to exculpate Flynn or make him less culpable, then he will rip them a new one.

How I hope and pray that it will be!!
I have also read that Mueller was behind the hounding of Bruce Ivins, the scientist who finally killed himself as a result of the constant harassment he and his family were subjected to during the anthrax “investigation.” I have not found corroboration of this... but if true, fits what we are seeing of Mueller now.
I remember Bruce, and no one who knew him ever thought he had anything to do with the letters. But his name is destroyed forever now, because once he committed suicide, the FBI counted it as case solved and closed it.

Something had to of gone wrong for Mueller to get this judge assigned to this case, thank heavens!
