Huber could speak if he was done with whatever he was doing re: the Clinton Foundation.
It would appear he’s not done in whatever he’s doing there. So, silence is golden.

Huber agreed to speak publicly to Congress on December 5th. It was postponed due to Bush’s funeral and now cancelled.
