DOJ Destroyed Missing Strzok/Page Text Messages Before The IG Could Review Them

The Department of Justice wiped text messages between former FBI employees Lisa Page and Peter Strozk from their cell phones before the Office of the Inspector General could review them, a new report from the DOJ watchdog reveals.

Page and Strozk’s involvement with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation has been heavily scrutinized after it was revealed they had sent numerous anti-Trump text messages back and forth to one another. Mueller has been tasked with looking into whether or not Donald Trump and his campaign associates coordinated with Russian officials to steal the 2016 election away from Hillary Clinton.

The 11-page report reveals that almost a month after Strzok was removed from Mueller’s team, his government-issued iPhone was wiped clean and restored to factory settings by another individual working in Mueller’s office. The special counsel’s Record’s Officer told investigators that “she determined it did not contain records that needed to be retained.”

“She noted in her records log about Strzok’s phone: ‘No substantive texts, notes or reminders,'” the report states.

“Now everybody knows better. I suspect virtually NO ONE will be talking to the FBI in the future.”

That’s part of the institutional damage I was contemplating. Who could blame one whose next door neighbor works for the FBI, and decides not to have a friendly, little, over the fence chat anymore.

It goes to the issue of authentication ... the more difficult it is to authenticate, the more open to question its validity and/or its content. Also, if it can be determined that it is a valid copy of the original document, it is still possible the contents are fabricated, or added long after the event, etc etc.

We have actually gone banana republic: FBI, DOJ, IRS, State Dept. and other agencies just ignoring Congress, ignoring subpoenas, ignoring Court orders, ignoring the law, choosing political enemies to pursue and friends to protect. In other words, thoroughly, irredeemably corrupt.

I said it early and I’ve said it often: we are long past the tyranny our forefathers deemed grounds for rebellion. If Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Revere and Paine were alive today, they would be issuing a call to arms.

My sediments exactly. Well sentiments that is, the sediment is in the souls of the criminals soiling the Constitution and our Constitutional Republic.

GRAND JURIES!

Is there anyone with the authority to convene GJ's who is not corrupt deep state shadow government operatives?

Will the government traitors and those committing sedition and espionage be brought to justice or will they, by their actions, cause a violent revolution? It's on them if the Constitution and our Founding Fathers wishes are foisted on them.

It is the citizen's rights to change the government when it gets this out of control.

If our FF were alive today, they would probably say

“It is the citizen’s DUTY to change the government when it gets this out of control.”

“Can’t Trump’s new AG convene a grand jury?”

I would think so.

The dems will complain because the AG is freshly appointed to fill in temporarily

But of course dems will complain no matter who does

It NEEDS to be done!

And now today, we find that Obama's State Department sent classified info in emails to multiple Senators regarding Russiagate:

If you haven't seen this, here's the link:

Judicial Watch: Documents Reveal Obama State Department Urgently Provided Classified ‘Russiagate’ Documents to Multiple Senators Immediately Ahead of Trump Inauguration

Anti-Trump Corker was the only Republican named in the article to have received this info.

Agreed. Thinking about the hierarchy of validity:

We could have an original.

We could have a Medallion signature-certified notarization of some kind.

We could have a “vanilla” notary-certified copy.

We could have an ordinary Xerox copy.

We could have some document where somebody (an ordinary person, a person related to the beneficiary of the document; an FBI agent, a fiduciary) attests to the validity and genuineness of the document.

We could have something we picked up out of somebody’s desk who supposedly had something to do with the production of the referenced document.

We could have something fished out of the wastebasket next to somebody’s desk.

What we have here is essentially bottom-rung document authenticity, and it would be malpractice for any attorney representing the defense not to bring this up, with gusto.

Exactly why was it so urgent to talk to Flynn about what they needed to talk about at that time - why could it not wait a few weeks, a month, etc? Who decided it was urgent and why?

Dan Bogino on his daily podcast a few days ago explained it as:

1. The Obama regime decided to shut down a Russian establishment on the outskirts of Washington supposedly to punish the Russians.

2. The Russian ambasador calls Mike Flynn to see what the heck.

3. Flynn was vacationing in the Dominican Republic where wiretaps are EASY.

4, The phone call is recorded and leaked to (NY TIMES).

5. Flynn is interviewed and if he differs from anything in the recorded call, they get him for lying.

Bogino has said in other broadcasts that Obama had warned Trump about Flynn, that he could not be trusted. In fact, Bogino said that Flynn was the only one that Obama talked about like that. It turns out that Flynn had the goods on some of Obama's scams and that Obama's group of criminals HAD TO GET FLYNN out of the way. They did!

YOUTUBE BOGINO EP 870

At about time 11 Bogino talks about the FBI 302 interview form is dated IN AUGUST WHEN THE INTERVIEW WAS DONE IN WHAT, JANUARY? WTF?

Obviously the FBI is up to no good. Most likely they generated a NEW 302 interview form with Flynn. I'm sure the original exists and if it does, Mueller is screwed again.

Thanks for providing some insight into the urgency.

What I would like to see happen is that the perpetrators of this scheme actually be forced to testify under oath about what they knew, and what they did. Now the stakes are higher, and the co-conspirators will be legally at jeopardy.

COmey’s explanation (not under oath) for why he sent the two agents over leads to more questions - was he directed or did he do this on his own. Depending how he answers the question, this will lead to others, and documents, or missing documents, etc. Bogino’s explanation is plausible, but still not air tight. Was it that Obozo was trying to get back at Flynn, or was getting back at Flynn a benefit of going after Trump?

Thanks for the added “ladder of validity” in trying to authenticate. I am interesting to see how this plays out. The existence of other documents may play a key role too to help determine - as you pointed out.

What I am tired of is how much material is produced but now redacted to where it says nothing other than there is a document but you cannot see it ... and that alone makes me suspicious that they are truly protecting “sources and methods” and not CYA for the conspirators. I hope the judge addresses this as well, to make them justify the redactions.

“And now today, we find that Obama’s State Department sent classified info in emails to multiple Senators regarding Russiagate”

Despite all that you listed, I think we are still seeing the tip of the iceberg.

The Senators who received this information are now witnesses. While Senators cannot stop what people send to them, what they do as a result becomes important. I see Warner-VA is one of them. He is the clown who sits on one of the Senate investigating committees. He was found previously to have tried to come in contact with spy-dossier-Steele outside of the COmmittee. That alone should have removed him from the Committee and been forced to testify to the Committee about all of his knowledge and interactions on the issue. Of course the swamp circles the wagons to protect their own most of the time, but all the time when it is a democrap.

You are correct, we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg. And only a minute part of the tip it is that we are seeing.

Both the Republican Party and the Democrat Party were complicant in fosting that urpser on us. It was the people that put the bastard in the White House for not four but eight years. Four years after he had shown everyone what a hater of America he was.

That puts us here with President Trump and their [Republican Party, Democrat Party, mainstream media, the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party] efforts to remove him from Office and worse. Don't kid yourself, don't fool yourself, don't delude yourself, If they are allowed to remove President Trump, they are coming after us with w vengeance. It is us they initially wanted but President Trump stood and is taking the arrows that were meant for us.

I agree with you that it's just the tip of the iceberg. Warner was the moron who got drunk at a Martha Vineyard gathering, and said out loud to the crowd: "If you get me one more glass of wine, I'll tell you stuff only Bob Mueller and I know. If you think you've seen wild stuff so far, buckle up. It's going to be a wild couple of months." Now we know why he said it. I wonder how many times he and Mueller have talked since he was appointed Special Counsel.

Here's a link to a story about him texting a Russian Oligarch, trying to get in touch with Steele:

TEXTS: Mark Warner texted with Russian oligarch lobbyist in effort to contact Christopher Steele

so, how does this location square up with “hammer” huber’s 10-20?

It's a good thing Utahans are generally law-abiding federally, because, I expect, the Hammer is heads-down in DC, 100% busy chasing down Spygate and the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One, with no time to spare for Utah. Hopefully, he left behind a competent deputy in Salt Lake, because he's now the US Attorney for Michael Horowitz, not Utah.

Um, does anyone know if he's empaneled a grand jury?

...and, the person who promoted “Gulf War Syndrome” lawsuits was a Dr. Meryl Nass of an obscure hospital in the Northeast, an open apologist for communist Cuba whose other claim to fame was accusing the US of dropping chemicals on Cuba designed to cause blindness [and other bs], and a writer affiliated with Red Flags Weekly.
