Liberals in leadership positions in government right now are the remains of hippies from the ‘60s and ‘70s, and cocaine yuppies from the ‘80s. They make their own laws. It’s so cool that way. Obama let them loose to fly their freak flag.

I see how much “on the job” Sleeping Sessions was. It was probably him who told them to do it.

They’re stored on a server which is backed up. If they’re gone from the server and backups somebody has committed a crime. This is obstruction and destruction of evidence.

That they think this explanation will wash is absurd.

DOJ watchdog: No clear 'pattern' in missing Strzok, Page texts

"The report also stated that the inspector general’s office could not recover text messages iPhones issued to Strzok and Page while they worked on the Mueller investigation.

The report says that Strzok turned over the iPhone to the DOJ once he was pulled from the special counsel’s team.

However, Strzok’s phone was reset to factory settings and reissued to another agent, meaning that it “did not contain data related to Strzok’s use of the device.”

Destroying evidence should land all involved at the DOJ in prison.

The trouble with that is Mueller would then go directly at Flynn’s son full force. The threat of that plus bankruptcy is reputedly what impelled Flynn to succumb.

LOL, Hell, I’d do the same thing. Flip em the finger and smash it with a hammer too. Why not? It’s not like anyone gets in trouble for destroying evidence.

At most a federal judge says something scornful. Or maybe Trey Gowdy clucks about it. But nobody is fired, arrested for contempt, fined or anything.

And that’s what will happen this time too. NOTHING.

The DOJ and FBI are no longer legitimate law enforcement agencies worthy of trust. The Special Counsel never was legitimate.

They are stored at both ends. Phone carrier and phone.

Details? I read all the bios of both the Clintons throughout the 90s. I can’t remember which had the best details, but you could go to any used bookstore and find some good cheap copies. Or Amazon.

That’s bull$hit because the powers that be in the FBI/DOJ knew full well why they were fired from Mueller’s team. There’s no excuse why their phones were wiped. Of course it was deliberate. And with the way those people lie, they could have been wiped just last week, not a month after they left Mueller’s office.

Sure, all the msgs that implicated Barak Hussein Obama. Because he’s the one who must be protected at all cost.

Thank you (and those who answered upthread).

That would seem to mean that resetting the phone to factory settings wouldn’t have wiped the texts.

Great points about the interview notes. Mueller knew the date discrepancy with the 302, and he knew that Flynn was advised by McCabe that he didn’t need legal counsel with him when he was interrogated. It’s all in his sentencing report. I believe Mueller has known this all along. Even Comey said recently that the Flynn interview was not normal agency protocol. If Comey knew it...Mueller knew it. Knowing that, why did Mueller move ahead with charging Flynn? Well of course I know why, but if that’s the case, and Mueller didn’t provide that info to the court when Flynn was first charged, who’s obstructing justice now? Mueller withheld that evidence from the court. Any sane Judge wouldn’t have allowed a charge against someone to move ahead if the interrogation that brought the charge had been compromised.

Why are these people not in jail,as we would be if we destroyed government property?

Maybe they are Hillary supporters, so they will walk. The fix is in.
