He cannot wait to run as an Independent a la Perot and cost DJT the election.

Some body is getting paid by Russians, and it is not Trump

He is to the Ohio Valley states what Egg McMuffin is to the Rocky Mountain states . . . just hoping to drain off enough votes from Trump to be relavant.

Well the election was in 2016, not in 2017. That means also the primaries were in 2016. There were a few elections in 2017.

Alabama, 2 states held gubernatorial elections, New Jersey and Virginia

Exactly, but I pray that people won’t be so stupid and fall for that stick.

There must be people in Ohio that love that sick puppy and could be just enough to cause DJT to lose Ohio and so the election.

Never count out the stupidity of the American people - witness Almost Occasional Cortex.

I meant if, hypothetically, the primaries for the next Presidential election were held in 2017 instead of 2020, Kasich might have had a shot at moving the needle while challenging Trump.

He could get Never Trumper voters who might otherwise vote Democrat.
