The curious case against former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn gets even more curious as Robert Mueller doesnt deliver the FBI notes (FD-302) from the January 2017 interview of Flynn, as requested by Judge Emmet Sullivan, and instead submits notes from an internal July 19th, 2017, interview with FBI agent Peter Strzok.
The filing by the special counsel team (full pdf below) is a must read.
The special counsel begins their filing by criticizing the approach taken by the Flynn defense in the defense sentencing memo; and attempts to validate/justify their charges against the accused. The details in their response to the judges request tell quite a story.

Start throwing @$$3$ in jail until the documents are produced. If anyone doesn’t believe in a deep state, I’ve got a bridge to sell you.
Is this not contempt of court, and the judge can fine or jail them? I don’t know. The lawless behavior is just blatant and growing bolder.
I didn’t realize that producing the documents the judge ordered is optional. Especially when they can ruin a man’s life on flimsy charges.
14 Dec: Fox News: Comey admits decision to send FBI agents to interview Flynn was not standard
by Alex Pappas; Fox News Catherine Herridge and Gregg Re contributed to this report.
Asked to describe how two FBI agents ended up at the White House to interview Flynn in January 2017, Comey, speaking to MSNBCs Nicolle Wallace during a forum discussion Sunday, said flatly: I sent them.
Comey went on to acknowledge the way the interview was set up not through the White House counsels office, but arranged directly with Flynn was not standard practice. He called it something I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more
organized administration.
Describing how it is usually done, Comey said, If the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the White House counsel, and there would be discussions and approvals and who would be there.
Recalling his decision to bypass those steps, Comey said, I thought: Its early enough, lets just send a couple guys over....

however, Fox has left out the most important lines from Comey:
14 Dec: CNS News: Ex-FBI Director Comey Explains How He Took Advantage of Fledgling Trump Administration
By Susan Jones
What did he think they were coming over there for? Wallace asked Comey.
I don’t think he knew, Comey replied. I know we didn’t tell him.

The January 2017 302 form likely met the same fate as Peter Strzzzzzok’s cell phone.
This is a perfect, justified situation to cripple the Mueller gang. His action here should be met with the full force of the U.S. Marshall service raiding his offices.
Trump’s in a damn war and he better start fighting for his life....cause the other side certainly is.
Why doesn’t this judge hold Mueller and his reps in contempt of court and have then arrested until Mueller’s office complies. The arrogance and corruption of Mueller, Rosenstein and the rest are destroying our legal system and innocent Americans in the process.
Mueller Tells Judge in Mike Flynn Case to Go F*** Himself, Refusing to Deliver The Original Notes of the Flynn Interview As He Was Ordered To Do
Ace of Spades
And of course Mueller immediately wiped Strzok’s and Page’s phones.
Mueller was ordered to turn over all notes of the Flynn interview and the orginal 302 filed by Strzok and Pientka. That is an interesting 302, because, of course, it has been reported that the interviewing witnesses said that Flynn did not offer any deception.
But then seven months later, when Mueller’s looking prosecute Trump, a new 302 gets written that says Flynn did lie?
And Mueller continues defying a judge, refusing to turn over the original, despite being specifically ordered to produce it?
I don’t think this calls for a sentence of no time to be served; I think this calls for a striking of Flynn’s plea deal and a statement that Flynn has no longer pled guilty and is now officially just innocent.
You cannot tell a f****ng judge to go f**k himself.
And you would not do so, unless you had real crimes of your own to cover up.

Having read all of this, it is confusing why the notes of the conversation and of the specific “lie”, have not been submitted to the court. Main argument by Mueller is that Flynn was already lying to everyone before they interviewed him. But that’s why they ran over there, to criminalize his comments. Very suspicious stuff.
This just burns me up to no end to the point where I have to stop reading most of this stuff. Every hour of every day that goes by without swift action taken by either Congress (lost cause) or PJDT or his DoJ (what's he waiting for) on this whole event means the more likely nothing at all will be done to these criminals.
14 Dec: Judicial Watch: Judicial Watch: Documents Reveal Obama State Department Urgently Provided Classified Russiagate Documents to Multiple Senators Immediately Ahead of Trump Inauguration
Judicial Watch today released two sets of heavily redacted State Department documents, 38 pages and 48 pages, showing classified information was researched and disseminated to multiple U.S. Senators by the Obama administration immediately prior to President Donald Trumps inauguration. Now that they lost the election in the House, these pretenders are trying to act like they're doing something.
Or unless your intent is to sabotage your own case.
In a sane world, Mueller would be declared in contempt of court, and thrown in jail ...
What we've learned: When Trump criticizes a judge while complying with his order it's a grave threat to democracy and rule of law. When Mueller openly defies the order of one it's a reasonable response that meets the intent of the judges demand in a different way.
Sullivan should dismisses the charges, with prejudice. End the charade.
When a judge asks for something, it’s not a request, it’s a DEMAND!
