After the cities’ elected infrastructures get deeply involved, it will be pouring the money down the literal rat hole. The real solution is to raze all the buildings and relocate all the peoples far, far away. I live near the City of Baltimore and it struck me as very odd that the prime real estate in the city— the land surrounding the harbor, was developed mostly with row houses and low rise apartment buildings that became instant slums after the northern migration during WWII. Sometimes a catastrophe can bring real progress. I was in Hiroshima briefly in 1969 and it was a beautiful clean city.

Normal ... the left can’t have their block voters getting ‘uppity’ doubting the DNC lies by discovering a white republican president is trying to help their community.
This is a huge problem. He has to find a way to communicate with the people.
Tweets are good, but he needs to reach more individuals. Increase press conferences? Maybe go on MSM shows and do battle with them face to face? At least a larger number would hear some of his side, in spite of the MSM disrespectful screaming?
The fact that such a high number of people are deceived by the MSM or think they have any credibility is still the number one problem IMO.
Take 5 billion out of that and build the wall. That will help blacks more.
So, we can afford $100 Billion to pour down the drain in “black” communities but we can’t afford a wall?

We don’t have an honest (MSM) news media in America. The MSM is nothing more than the propaganda arm of the demoncRat party. The lowest of the low presstitutes. The enemedia.
Divert some of that to build the wall - that will help Black communities too....
First move? Take out the first $25 BILLION & build the wall-—to protect the American jobs for Blacks to have them......
The other 99 billion will go into democrat politicians pockets.
