SCOTUS ruled it a tax under IRS jurisdiction. The President got rid of it.

Yes, Roberts did side with passing the ACA. He might have been bribed...who knows. But what he did was complex. He changed the law to make it a tax. Rhut-rhoh. Taxes gain life in The house. The ACAs origins was in the Senate. He basically handed Congress the power to fully undo the entire Obama Care crap. We see how that worked out. Not one of our representives moved to repeal this fake law. That says a lot. Our trusted leaders needed and wanted this for control over the US populace. Reagan warned us back in the 60s to never accept government run healthcare. The consequences? Stepping stone to socialism. Now we know what the motivation was to never challenge the law after Roberts did what he did.

Yes, but only since it was a tax. If it is not a tax then it must be voluntary.
