Sullivan has already had cause to throw this out. He did not do so.
I think he is posturing for optics, not unlike the House investigation RINOs.
I continue to default to the assumption that the DC fix is in until it actually is not.
Maybe but the way that judges do this — and the way that Sullivan has done it before — is to give the prosecution multiple chances and then dismiss the case based on eggregious misconduct.
When Judge Sullivan dismissed the prosecution case against Sen. Stevens, it was based on the prosecution’s REPEATED disobedience with his orders.
So we’ll see.
