It's my understanding, from MSM sources, that thousands of “non-violent” felons would become eligible for immediate release.
Since 96% of federal inmates have pleaded guilty to a reduced charge, "early release" strikes me as an insane idea.
“non-violent” according to Obama, Rats, media, GOP etc. is not necessarily non-violent.
