If you are in the passing lane and NOT passing cars

Passing at what rate?
If a Beemer flies up behind me, flashing his (or her or zis) lights, how quickly do I have to get the heck out of it’s way?

Immediately!
Beemers are driven by liberal democrats and you must let them have their way.

Immediately, regardless of whether there’s someone in a Beemer flashing his lights at you.
I tap the down arrow of the cruise control one time per flash, never the brake, never a "brake check".
The Interstates aren't the Autobahn. Deal with it, Beemer.
As quickly as you can do so safely, I suppose.
The passing lane is for....passing. Once you are past and there is no one to pass, get out of the passing lane. A safe passing maneuver is quickly done, not gradually.
A “beemer” doesn’t get past me until I pass the car I am passing. I will exceed the speed limit, reasonably, to pass a slower car.
