The Supreme Court held long ago in Brady v. Maryland that the Constitution requires the prosecution, which holds all the cards in a criminal case, to give the defense all evidence favorable to the defendant, whether it impeaches a witness, mitigates punishment or shows his innocence. Indeed, the burden is on prosecutors to find anything in the possession of the government that is favorable to the defense.

Michael Flynn, which will be decided on Tuesday, he ordered Mueller to provide the defense with all Brady material Last week, Judge Sullivan specifically ordered Mueller to produce any FBI interview reports — called 302s — or memoranda relevant to the original interview of Gen. Flynn. Ironically, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley has been requesting the agents’ notes and 302s for two years. Did Mueller comply?

He signed an order back in Feb 2018 for Mueller to hand over to Flynn, exculpatory evidence. If it was not material, Mueller was to still submit it to the court for an "in camera" review.
I never saw any outcome of this order.

Sydney just made an airtight case for Whittaker to fire Mueller, right after (please, God) the Judge hands him his ass Tuesday. Perhaps Trump’s recent Sessions tweet is a message to Whittaker in this regard.

These aren’t pristine people, but they aren’t big crooks either IMO.
None of these people would have faced any charges if Mueller weren’t trying to develop a case against Trump. He’s looking for a big “roll-over”, and there just isn’t one to be had.
Some of these folks had been investigated. No charges were file. Mueller drug them up and tried to dust them off and make something out of them.
FAIL!
Time to throw Mueller’s ass in prison. He and his Clintoonista shysters are pulling a scam on the American people. There is no Russki collusion with the Trump campaign. The Russkis were colluding with the “democrats”.
I’ve been saying for two years now, McConnell, Ryan, other (so-called) Republican leaders and the rank and file have essentially become back benchers of the Left.
Trump can’t do the usual side run on Congress, because he has no allies there. Well... very few.
They’re all running a game on us.
As he has said, they aren’t after him. They’re after us. And he really is the only thing standing between them and us.
Trump has yet to assume control over the DOJ or FBI. So it’s doubtful unless that changes.
Mueller is as corrupt as they come and created an FBI in his image when he was in charge for 12 years. The likes of Comey, Stroke and others came up under him. I think they all want one-world government.
They are just determined to have it.
They don’t even get embarrassed to get charged with that goal anymore.
They hate our Constitution and won’t abide by it.
They want the U. S. to be subservient to the U. N.
Money has to be flowing, but I still thank that’s the goal over big business.

Add to your list - how Scooter Libby was railroaded for lies by Patrick Fitzgerald - while Sandy Berger got a hand slap for theft and destruction of top secret documents.
Add to your list- the ruination of auditing firm Arthur Anderson (loss of 80K jobs) - by unethical performance of Andrew Weissman - who hid evidence..and just happens to be on Mueller’s team.
Add to your list the false conviction (overturned later on) of Sen. Ted Stevens - again by a corrupt DoJ - with Andrew Wiessman withholding evidence that would have proved Ted Stevens was innocent.
BTW - the last two are well documented in the book “Licensed to Lie” - by Sydney Powell - the same person who wrote the article that this posting links to.
