Will anyone act on this? Depending on the judge to act is risky and limited. Whitaker should appoint a special counsel to investigate Rosenstein and everyone involved. Yes, he should also ask Trump, and Trump should approve, declassifying everything. Seriously, what is at risk at this point?

Rod Rosenstein showed up with Robert Mueller, stumping for his appointment with the President as the new FBI director after Comey was fired. The interview didn't go well, Trump and Mueller have had some very contentions private business dealings in the past, and there was no question that Mueller was not being considered.
The Very Next Day, acting in his capacity as the acting attorney general since Sessions had recused himself, Rosenstein appointed Robert Mueller as the special prosecutor.
Regardless of how intelligent he may be, how can there be any doubt that Rod Rosenstein is acting in bad faith toward our elected President?

The Prosecution, prosecutes, it is only interested in destroying the guilty. Why would the prosecution be after the innocent? If charged, the evidence in hand must prove your guilt. In the case of Federal Prosecution, the 95 percent conviction rate is enough to prove there is NO confidence whatsoever, that justice will be done. Such is my view as an “average” juror.

Nothing is going to happen to her or anybody on the left no matter what they do because we no longer have people representing us in Washington. There’s Trump and a handful of people and the rest are all hardcore leftists/RINOs. This Republican party can go to hell as far as I’m concerned, they’re all a bunch of frauds and posers. With the exception of people like Graham, Rand Paul, Tom Cotton, the Republican party has done NOTHING to stick up for this President for the past two years and instead allowed a bunch of CRIMINALS to continue to pervert our justice system and shred the constitution. Republicans have held 2 houses for the past 2 years, why is the radical left steamrolling all over us like they own the place? Where the hell was the probably cause to investigate Trump for Russian collusion? Where was the probably cause for the FBI to kick in doors late at night? Why are criminals and traitors to the people like James Comey, Peter Strzok not being indicted? Why is there not even a call for their arrest? It’s because we no longer have people representing us in Washington. It’s completely run and held in a vice grip by enemies of this country, scum that put foreign invaders ahead of everything else.
