What I do understand is that the council is insane and so is much of the world we now live in.
In a world now flooded with all sorts of female hormones in our water supply and little boys taking longer to become sort of little men... does the board or council purport to tell us that there is now a wave of little girls who think they are little boys who are very slowily becoming to joing other little boys who are sort of becoming little men?
Back in the day you were either chromosome challenged and to be pitied or just off your nut and to be corrected.
