Pardon Everyone (Except That Rat Cohen)
Townhall.com ^ | December 17, 2018 | Kurt Schlichter

Let’s stop pretending that America in 2018 has a “justice system.” It’s not a justice system. It’s a set of elite institutions that swing the law like a sledgehammer to crush threats to the ruling class’s monopoly on power. You know, threats like the people we elect to represent our interests against the elite. And we are under no moral obligation to pretend it is anything else.

This painful to admit it, but we need to grow up. There are two sets of law in America today, meaning there is no rule of law in America today. Oh, there are statutes, and there are courts, and there are agencies full of people with guns willing to enforce the will of aspiring tyrants, but there is not rule of law. There is only power, theirs and ours. Time to get woke to the undeniable fact that the Fredocons deny up and down. Justice is no longer blind. Her blindfold is off and she’s picking favorites.

You are not one of her favorites.

You, and those you elect, are not equal under the law to members of the elite.

It’s all about power. And the guy we elected to act as a wrecking ball should use the power we gave him to make it right.

Unconvinced? Let’s try an example. If you are ex-military, or if you know anyone who was in the military, or if you aren’t a mouth-breathing half-wit, ask yourself – if you had done a fraction of what that Looming Doofus James Comey says Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit did with classified material, what would you be doing right now?

You’d be in your cell using a plastic bag in the toilet to ferment the prunes you smuggled out of the chow hall.

Not her, though. Not a member of the establishment. The rules apply to us Normals. The rules do not apply to them. She’s not only free, but she’s living large, idolized by millions of divorced cat ladies and guzzling off-brand Chardonnay as she staggers about in her muumuu.

Now we have Robert Mueller and his pack of Democrats – literally including lawyers who represented the Clinton crime syndicate – seeking out a crime, any crime, or any non-crime, that they can use to undo the results of the election. No Russian collusion? Ok, well, then, uh, paying off a couple of extortionist tramps is a…um…hmmmm…a campaign finance violation for some reason who cares TREASON!

See, that’s part of the scam. If you apply laws in a bizarre and inexplicable way that no one can foresee, you can jam-up people who could have never imagined that their conduct was illegal. Creative charges, matched with prosecutorial discretion that always means charging the hell out of the conservative dissenter and always letting the liberal elitist off, and the ruling class has a powerful tool to dismantle the opposition.

They are not even pretending now. Imagine, just imagine, if Trump had erased 30,000 emails that were under subpoena. Hillary did, and it’s cool. Andrew McCabe and Comey lied through their teeth to Congress. They’ll never be charged. Ever.

The FBI cabal set up Mike Flynn and they don’t feel like coming clean to the judge so they just aren’t going to. Mueller’s Democrats erased a boatload of texts, but who cares? Nothing matters. They get a pass. Who in the DoJ is ever going to prosecute anyone other than whatever Trump administration official or eccentric hanger-on is gullible enough to talk to the Feds?

This is all a lie and a scam. And Donald Trump can and should use his pardon power to highlight this fraud before he drives a stake into the heart of the elite’s soft coup play.

He should pardon everyone.

I mean everyone.

Pardon Flynn, and Manafort, and Papadopliswhateverhisnameis. Pardon Stone and Corsi. Pardon Don, Jr., Jared, and Ivanka. Pardon Melania and Barron. Pardon Pence, and Pence’s pets. And then he should pardon himself.

For everything. Take it all off the table. Strip the elite of its ability to coerce perjury and ruin lives for the sin of dissenting.

Pardon everyone, for everything.

It’s all a lie and a scam anyway, and there’s no sense pretending this is all some kind of legit truth-seeking exercise in support of lofty and noble principles. It’s a tawdry frame job by a failed elite desperate to hold on to the power that the people revoked in November 2016. We owe the ruling class no respect; there’s no reason to pretend this Mueller farce is anything but a transparent attempt to claw-back the authority the elite forfeited by being terrible.

Oh no, they’ll impeach him! They’re going to impeach him anyway. He might as well flip them this bird first. When they get 67 senators, we can start caring. Until then, pardon this, jerks.

Trump has already shown he’s willing to use his power – that’s one of his best qualities. And he’s used the power to pardon for it’s intended purpose in the past, to stop DoJ jihads against people liberals don’t like. He did it for Sheriff Joe Arpaio. He did it for Dinesh D’Souza, who leftist prosecutors charged with a crime what would not have earned a finger-wag for one of the elite. Dinesh, though, made movies critical of Obama, and he had to be made an example of. Trump should use his power for everyone else.

Abusive power can only be resisted by superior power employed to right these injustices. That’s the power of the pardon, the power to cure abuses.

Oh, and he should pardon the whole Obama/Hillary clown car crew too. Pardon Obama, pardon the Harpy, pardon Clapper and Brennan and Comey and McCabe and the whole crew of liberal conspirators. Why not? They will never, ever, not in a zillion years, not even if they were caught on video having their confessions being notarized, be charged with anything.

List their sins, in detail, and pardon them for their myriad crimes. Hang it all around their horned heads, and make them howl in outrage with an act of unwanted, utterly vindictive grace. They were never going to face justice for what they did anyway, so why not?

“We need to look forward as a country and stuff, so I am pardoning Hillary for all her crimes, including perjury, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, fraud, tax evasion, graft, sexual abuse enabling, and everything else. We will put the shame of Hillary Clinton behind us forever and move on.”

Pardon everybody.

Yeah, corrupt elite still has the power to maliciously prosecute, but we, through our President, have the power to nullify it. And the President should use it. Just don’t pardon Michael Cohen. Cohen’s a rat. Let him sip pruno in the pokey.

My third novel about America after it splits apart due to leftist stupidity has just come out. Action, laughs, mockery of liberals… Wildfire has it all. Check it out.

Pardon Assange, Snowden and Blago too?
I think Blago should get some mercy. Worse similar crimes have gone unpunished. Snowden should be given a chance to come home if he can deal with doing a little more time in lock up. Being holed up in Russia and remaining not a citizen, that’s not a good life. Assange? I still don’t have a solid opinion on.
Friend or Foe? I still don’t know with that one.

Every party involved in the exposed data of Wikileaks tends to distribute misinformation when it suits their short term purpose.

Never pardon the libs. They never reciprocate or show any appreciation whatsoever. Give ‘em an inch, they take a mile. Count on it.

From my perspective this is a better argument for burning all of DC to the ground than pardoning everybody.

What about horserace? It’s only money she owes but she was used by the left like all the others. A public apology and a statement how she was used.

Pardon Flynn, and Manafort, and Papadopliswhateverhisnameis.

I have it on good authority that the correct spelling is Pappadizzle.

If you haven't already, do listen to Dan Bongino interviewing George Papadopoulos:

It's all about Deep State pigs practicing the art of the set-up.

Based on dust in my hair and bugs in my teeth, I have to say that The Travelers have gone many a mile. Irony in that we continue to green-light their journey.

Once along time of ago I was told by a judge that the U.S. Does not have a justice system, it has a legal system. Now we have neither.

I suggested this exact solution eighteen months ago, when Mueller was first appointed.

Trump has the authority to declassify and publicly release every document in the Department of Justice, FBI, and the Intelligence agencies.

He could have released every document related to every recent scandal in the federal government.

He could have issued a blanket preemptive pardon to every person mentioned in those documents.

Why? If there are no trials, there is no obstruction of justice.

Instead, Trump has never personally intervened to release any document, and he has passively allowed senior government executives to ignore almost every subpoena.

The consequence of Trump’s indolence has been a political catastrophe....

Forty percent of the people who voted in the November midterm think Trump should be impeached.

We have reached the level of “law” that plagued the days of the Roman Empire, almost from the beginning. The rule of law, so revered by the Greeks, was supplanted almost entirely by the rule of strong men, and the countervailing forces that pulled the most egregious of these “strongmen”, like Caligula, into a trap and murdered them. Or openly, like the murder of Julius Caesar on the floor of the Roman Senate, by persons he imagined to be his allies.

Absolutely...there should be at least several,if not many, pardons.Sadly, those pardons can occur until mid November of 2020....for obvious reasons.

An even better plan would be to burn to the ground Bella Pelosi's multi million dollar estate....then move onto Chuck U Schumer's...then on to algore's Malibu beachfront estate...then on to Zuckerberg,Clinton...

Well,you get the picture.

"Trump has already shown he’s willing to use his power – that’s one of his best qualities."

I love our President but I have to disagree here. He has NOT used his powers. If he had done so Rosenstein would have been long gone. The boarder would be CLOSED to all and no one would be getting in to be "processed". FISA documents would have been available to all over a year ago. Jeff Sessions would have been looking for a job 24 hours after he recused himself. Fifty percent of the justice department and the FBI would be seeking other opportunities. Most importantly the swamp would be draining far faster than it could be filled

This is not happening. None of it. Time is running out. For some reason he has treated these issues very delicately if at all. The Dems will not hesitate once they have regained power.

I have said from the beginning. If Obama era criminals including Hillary are not prosecuted America will NOT survive. The economy doesn't matter. The boarder doesn't matter. Regulations don't matter. These things don't matter because they will all be immediately reversed as soon as President Trump is out of office. Criminals must FEAR the law or there is no law.
