All this kind of stuff is why I moved from Seattle to central KY. seven years ago. Sure, they have an income tax, but it doesn’t apply to SS at all, and annual property taxes are virtually non-existent.
Mustn’t forget those fine Kentucky bourbons.
I didn't think any State taxed Social Security. I live in New York State, and they don't. I pay Federal tax on it, but that's all.
