It just might. Before this, Democrats without deep pockets had a chance. They could afford to buy ads in the small, early states. Then maybe gain a little traction. But who can afford to blanket California with ads? Only the big boys.
I think also it favors more liberal/progressive Dems over center mainstream Dems. And deep pockets will move you ahead too.
