Two new minute orders from Judge Emmet G. Sullivan in the Flynn case. Sullivan granted Flynn’s motion to file documents under seal, and ordered the government to immediately file publicly a redacted version of the unreleased January 24, 2017 FD-302 of Flynn’s FBI interview.
Being reported the 302 was just filed today.
That 302 was required to be turned over to the defense, unredacted, with or without the defense demanding it.
It actually violates FBI policy to record interviews with subjects or witnesses.
I will tell you this, I would never be questioned at a law enforcement facility. If I thought for any reason I might be a target, there would be no conversation in person. I might engage in a phone call with the sole purpose of recording it for proof of intimidation.
Comey said there was a 302. The Brady rule required hat it be turned over to the defense in an unredacted form. If the government did not want to or refused to do so, the only remedy is dismissal of the charges.
Filing it this late is proof of a Brady violation. I’d bring in the agent who wrote it in for questioning.

Doesn’t make any difference, it was required to have been turned over soon very shortly after the indictment was filed with the court.
Mueller is in big trouble over this. Could give Trump all the cover he needs to fire Mueller and his gang of thugs.
that’s what happen to Flynn he had no idea that he was doing anything other then the normal meet and greet that a transitioning into the white house requires.
Has Flynn said he didn’t receive it?
I’m just worried that someone will “get to” the judge if you know what I mean.
I decided for myself that Flynn fell on his sword for the sake of the administration.
I blame Pence: at best, foolish, at worst, treacherous. I do not trust the man.
