and a bar on President Trump and his three eldest children from serving on the boards of other New York charities – remains ongoing.

And the Clinton Foundation continues to collect billions from foreign governments .Nothing to see there, move along.

I think the “self-dealing” argument against the Trump foundation is morally bogus.
There is a ton of the non-profit charity INDUSTRY that is bogus, in that much of it exists just to keep employed the highly paid professionals that work it, mostly to their benefit - their jobs - and less than ought to be in actual charitable benefits.
It should be called the non-profit charity industrial complex.
Meanwhile, Eric Trump has raised a boatload of money....his own and other people’s....for the St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.

Gee - let’s take a guess at what those recipient charities are going to be!! Will we ever be told? This makes me want to cry as it’s so unfair and so unnecessary. Every decadent demon-rat agenda out there will receive those funds and none will go to any of the charities Trump or his kids supported.
I hope we hear from the charities whose funds will be cut off!
Reading this statement and the blood is shooting out of my ears. When is this effing cow going to charge the Clinton Clan with the same and MORE?! Clintons are a true crime syndicate - we all know it. To keep abusing Trump in this manner is just to hurt us on the Right and make us nuts. Today, it’s working. I can’t say what else I’m thinking or else I’ll get banned from here. But I KNOW lots of others are having the same thoughts. Please, God, make it happen.
Attorney General Underwood released the following statement:
“Our petition detailed a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation – including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more. This amounted to the Trump Foundation functioning as little more than a checkbook to serve Mr. Trump’s business and political interests.
“Today’s stipulation accomplishes a key piece of the relief sought in our lawsuit earlier this year. Under the terms, the Trump Foundation can only dissolve under judicial supervision – and it can only distribute its remaining charitable assets to reputable organizations approved by my office.
“This is an important victory for the rule of law, making clear that there is one set of rules for everyone. We’ll continue to move our suit forward to ensure that the Trump Foundation and its directors are held to account for their clear and repeated violations of state and federal law.”
Okay, let us see if they now take on every family-based charity with same level of intense scrutiny. I’d be very happy if they did so—Clintons are obvious but there are so, so many others.
If the judge decides the disposition of funds, it will go to Planned Parenthood and ultimately Democrat coffers. Then the Trump Foundation donated to X ads will begin.
I thought this was already being shut down......it was the state of NY AG that would NOT allow it since they were investigating the organization...if it was shut down they could not investigate.......so this reporting seems like a media spin to make it look like something bad that it is not
This was all 100% Trump money.

The sad part is that the Trump Foundation often paid out more than it took in. I guess those people who were helped are not nearly as important than some NY AG scoring minor political points.
