The McCain's approval is the first indication that this was not a good choice.

So there's no such thing in America as giving a person, who may have made mistakes, a chance to right things?

The prevalence of this kind of thinking in our country has become nauseating and is built on ignorance, not wisdom.

“...who may have made mistakes..” I think maybe you’ve given away your political leanings. Does your compassion apply to anyone at all who “may have made mistakes.” And, of course, how do you define “mistakes”?
