Three more months! All part of keeping the narrative in the news.

Sadly, we've been in a civil war for a long time, but only one side is making gains while the other continues to play nice. I used to worry what kind of life we would leave behind for our children, but now I fear it's going to affect me far earlier than expected.

.. his attempts to undermine the foreign policy of the Obama administration during the weeks between Election Day 2016 and President Trump’s inauguration. Mr. Flynn wasn’t charged with crimes for those actions.

I’s say his own administration did plenty of undermining on its own.

I don’t understand the delay given DJT will issue a pardon.

“...lobbying work for Turkish interests...”

Nothing to do at all with President Trump.

Looks like the judge was going to sentence Flynn to jail time if Flynn wanted a sentence today. So, Flynn had no choice but to accept the 90 day delay.

I guess the judge figured out that he loves his grandchildren...

Disappointed in the general today. In fact, that’s an understatement. The judge opened the proceedings by indicating he had serious doubts about Flynn’s guilt stating he did not want to sentence an innocent man. He then gave the general every opening to fight this. Instead Flynn clung Mueller’s deal. The judge even scoffed at the SC rep stating that Flynn could have violated the Logan Act and made the SC team admit that was the only possible actual crime here besides the lie [entrapment]. Still Flynn clung to Mueller’s deal.

Didn’t the judge just retract most of the statements quoted in the article?

no way Flynn lied - so clearly he is shielding someone, maybe his son. this judge seemed a little off the beam today - i mean, treason??? - he seems bent on sentencing Flynn for lying. in delaying sentencing is he intimidated Flynn into “composing” for Mueller between now and March? what the heck? this has gone from bad to worse.

As I predicted, Sullivan would not move one inch against Mueller.

I think the judge at first was trying to shame Flynn into changing his plea because he smells a rat in the prosecution case and when that didn’t work the judge switched tactics by continuing the case until March so Flynn realizes that he could actually do jail time after thinking that he wouldn’t and that this would be all over today. Now he’s looking at 3 more months of being jerked around by Mueller, paying additional legal fees and possible jail time to protect his family from an over zealous prosecutor.

"Former Trump national security adviser Mike Flynn unexpectedly sought and received a delay in his sentencing..."

And then the article says: "Judge Sullivan offered Mr. Flynn the opportunity to delay his sentencing until he had completed his cooperation with all government investigations..."

I don't get it. Flynn asked for a delay, and the Judge also recommended Flynn to take the delay? Can anyone explain that one to me?

I think Judge Sullivan conducted this hearing under a serious false assumption that Flynn’s work for Turkey equaled Flynn’s being a foreign agent, thus assuming that Flynn might face far more serious later charges than was the case. I think that influenced the judge’s approach to the hearing until he realized his mistake during the recess.

A cluster**** that will have to undone by some means.

This judge was a total ars. He did not know the law and made remarks that should disbar him. If Trump does not pardon Flynn and complete destroy a rogue judge then we have lost Trump.

WTF? I wonder how many kids this guy has molested? So much for throwing it out, huh? Flynn supposedly lied to the FBI, but Mueller, his assistant prosecutors and the entire leadership of the FBI and DOJ are a bunch of lying, treasonous bastards and Flynn gets lectured.

I’m sorry, at that point, I’d have said, “You know what, judge, you’re as big a piece of shit as Comey and Strzok. With all due respect, F**k you!”
