I’ve worked for the Feds and the State of Wisconsin. If we had to work on Christmas Eve Day, we were either having an office party or were sent home early.
This is nothing new, though since President Trump is in charge, it’s NEVER happened before in the HISTORY of ANY Presidency!

Don't worry. The part of the private sector workforce that shows up about 10 a.m., goes to lunch from 12 to 2, leaves early, and pads their expense account while complaining that 10 days of additional personal leave time a year aren't doing much work that day, either.
