If I want to be aloof to the holder of such a policy, there could be a good reason, notwithstanding Abraham’s first mistake.
My very biblically educated read is that it’s Israel’s official attitude towards Christ that is getting it all this grief. The enmity isn’t on God’s side — it’s on theirs. Therefore the degree of blessing they get is sharply limited. His promise of survival to them will never be violated. But it’s going to be a rough road. Only when they call on the Name above All Names will they see complete victory.
As for “one for Jews” — population statistics showed that Jews were getting fat and happy in the Diaspora (it might as well have been zero for Jews) until finally the Holocaust happened. That was a wake up call. But they haven’t yet smelled the coffee of Christ.
And if you conflate Christ and “stinking Jihadi scum” then we really know you have gone off the deep end. God won’t let anyone just waltz away from responsibility to His Son.
