I see no comment about these being primary lung cancer or metastatic colon or pancreatic cancer.

Didn’t she have pancreatic ? This is probably pancreatic spreading. Not good (for her).

I would guess that the comment about no other signs of the disease in her body narrows it down to primary lung ...
