The dress is too bright a color, and too large. Very unflattering.
The boots would be awesome on a thin girl with a miniskirt. Kind of the 70s look.

It’s obvious that the dress is just too big for her. Sleeves are way too long and crumpled plus she’s having to hold it on. And I have no idea who would put those boots with that dress. Separately they both could be ‘done’ with the right body style.....but Michelle doesn’t have it.
