You’re not thinking logically.
Can you clearly visualize 150 million armed citizens? I doubt it. It’s a number larger than the entire population of most countries, but that is how many citizens the government would be faced with forcibly disarming, under your scenario.
Come to grips with the fact that there are only 1.5 active military members under arms, and such a task is downright suicidal.
The armed American public is the largest such force on the planet. It dwarfs the militaries of every nation combined.
We cannot be disarmed by force, which is why it has never been attempted. We can only be disarmed through trickery, deceit, and a slow and gradual process of reduction.
That is the preferred solution of the globalist left, because they’re keenly aware of all of the above. If they can figure this out, why can’t you?
Shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, there was a symposium of high ranking military officers at a conference in Europe. I forget where it was held....perhaps Germany.
During a break period in between lectures and other meetings, a number of these high ranking military officers from around the world were having drinks and snacks in an informal setting.
One of the American military officers asked his Russian counterpart, “Tell me, during the Cold War, did the Soviet Union ever consider invading the United States?”
The Russian general laughed and said, “Oh no, you people have too many guns over there!”
Reminds me of Japanese Admiral Yamamoto’s comment when his fellow officers asked about the possibility of invading America during World War II....”I fear there would be a rifle behind every blade of grass” or words to that effect.
