I think you are spot on. The RATS will own this albatross for years to come. They refused to approve emergency funding for the California wildfire victims, just because they hate Donald Trump.
Especially after there were 2 different votes-—2006 & 2013 to fund & build the WALL.
Now- there are even more illegals inside our borders, thanks to Obama & Pelosi & Schumer, and it is winter.
Sure would be fun is someone printed up about 2000 business cards with Nancy Pelosi’s address & a map to get to her house & handed them to illegals found in the USa.
