Two LSU football players were trying to sell an electronic item when one of them fatally shot an 18-year-old man trying to rob them, police said Sunday. A statement released by Baton Rouge police does not identify the players, but a person familiar with the investigation told The Associated Press that the players are running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire and linebacker Jared Small. Their weapon was not concealed. Regardless, this is a great example of how a personal firearm can be used to protect your own life.
By legal I meant age wise and location. It could cause a sticky situation if there is a lib AG in the area. A side benefit where I am is that if you have a ccw you don’t pay the $25.00 background check fee. BOOM!

It used to be the law in NY. That you could avoid the NICS check if you had a pistol license. Till some slimy sheriff gave a felon buddy of his a concealed carry license. The feds stopped honoring it then.
I don’t think any white folks were involved in the creation of this event. I could be wrong about the perp, but I doubt it.
We bought a couple of items at various times from Craigs list arranged for midday meeting in the parking lot of a busy fast food restaurant. Not gonna say who was carrying. But I tend not to take chances.

Hard to tell from the bio which way he would go.
The local police department has a designated, well lit, area of their parking lot designated for transactions. Security cameras plus cops coming and going.
