Give sovereignty to whom exactly? Germany is my guess. An EU controlled by Germany. Did a little guy try this a few years back? Give Germany a chance and life will be great—FOR GERMANS. Reminds me of the Delian League in Ancient Greece—until Athens took over and made it the Athenian Empire. Made it so no members were permitted to leave. Not cool.
