First we have to determine if what Cohen said is true.
But you raise another possibility.
The concierge may be a law enforcement informant.
Perhaps the FBI or other law enforcement works with some individuals to find and report individuals involved in pedophilia.
The concierge may have believed Cohen was serious and the concierge was setting-up Cohen by stringing him along.
'Yeah, I know where you can get young boys. Let me call some people I know'.
In this case the people would be the FBI or law enforcement who may then set up a sting operation.
IF this story is true it raises lots of questions.

A majority of Conservatives that has a reporter in the meeting asking,
"What's this item marked Zion Investments in the Cafeteria report ?" will get a conversation going and that's all you need.

Way past time for this. I defy anyone to tell me what big case the FBI has cracked on its own, especially when you take out the cases they jumped in on at the twelfth hour to take it out of the hands of local law enforcement.
The FBI is worthless, from its inception to today. Worse, it has become merely a strong-arm segment of government corruption, no different than mob enforcers. And none of this Hannity “rank and file” nonsense. The fish is rotten from the head to the tail.
It needs to be abolished.
