Who should pay? African countries that participated, and still participate in the slave and sex trade.

perhaps she should redirect her reparations requests to 1) The British, French and Spanish governments who enabled slavery through 1812, and 2) the African countries that dealt in the white and black slave trade for eons.

Time for the blacks to pay back the Irish for about 10 more generations of hardship than theirs, and the others for all their quota preferences over the past 2 generations, which they have never had to compete, while others gave charitably to them.
