During Thursday’s “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, host Joe Scarborough reacted to President Donald Trump’s press conference from the day before, saying if there were more people with character in Trump’s Cabinet, the House of Representatives and Senate, there would be people invoking the 25th Amendment to try to remove Trump from office because of his mental state.
Scarborough argued that if any president had behaved like Trump did, “those questions would have been raised.”

He’s an idiot. It’s harder to remove someone with the 25th Amendment than it is with an impeachment. If you remove them with the 25th, all he has to do is declare that he is not disabled, and he’s right back in the office. To override that, a two-thirds majority of both houses would have to vote for him to be removed.
Normal impeachment would be easier, majority in the house, two-thirds of Senate. This guy was actually in the Congress? What a moron
