The DMV in CA is like being at Ellis Island. There are foreigners speaking languages from all over the world and especially Mexico. My bet is that very few of them are legal.

The ballot harvesting was done in the dead of night by the CA Assembly of crooks, liars, and all around Marxist.

California has made ballot harvesting legal. And we saw how well that worked for them. So this won’t hurt the cheating left at all.

Yep. And what's left of the white American middle class in CA continues to dwindle down due to deaths, people bailing out of the state etc. This is all by design by people motivated by bad intentions. In the end CA will be for the very wealthy elite and their Mexican servants, replacing what's left of the CA middle class. This has been going on many decades now and I can assure all, there is no turning it around.

Is there a deadline by when the names should be cleaned up, or can they wait past 2020?

A reward system for catching ballot harvesters might make a dent in the practice. Homeless can pick up a little change from both sides.
