Harry Reid demonstrated that the rules can be changed. The Dems have declared war on Trump.

Terrible justice. Uses international law to form opinions. Speaks out during campaigns which is unethical and doesn’t recuse herself when cases arise involving president she spoke out against. I’ll. Falls asleep. Judges should be retired at 75

Need bipartisan rule. Maybe within 3 months of election

Fine, but let's not make the rule until the Dems have the President and Senate.

Heck, she issued an opinion on a case while she was still in the hospital under heavy meds so why not issue opinions while snoozing?

In as much as there will be a hell of a movement to invoke the Biden Rule in 2020, and that Trump may be under a cloud of bogus investigations, RBG’s removal from the SC needs to occur sooner, rather than later.

The Democrats said it was unfair to do that the Garland. If an opening in the court occurs before the next election, the GOP should just say they agree that it was unfair, and won’t do it again.

Does the rule prevent confirmation or nomination or both? Could the President for example nominate in 2019 and get confirmation in 2020?
