And, for sh!ts and giggles, let us consider our type of situation in China. Imagine millions of Europeans invading the coastal region around Shanghai, and then begin to openly defy Beijing. Result? We already know the answer to that hypothetical question - there wouldn't be enough space for all the graves.
So, when is Trump going to get serious? California is literally a beach head for a foreign invasion. In truth, the state represents an existential threat to the rest of the country. I'm a born & bred native, and what's happened here in just 40 years will occur nationwide in short order if not immediately halted.
The clock is ticking, and Trump has to either take action, or by failing to do so, signal to those with some awareness of what comes next down the pike.
