Border patrol stopped six immigrants suspected of terrorism in first half of 2018: NBC

Border patrol stopped a total of six migrants suspected of terrorism in the first half of 2018, according to data obtained by NBC News, casting doubt on recent claims from the White House that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) stopped nearly 4,000 “known or suspected terrorists” at the U.S.-Mexico border last year.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen earlier on Monday told reporters that the number was classified, according to the news outlet.

Border agents stopped a total of 41 people on the Terrorist Screening Database between Oct. 1, 2017, and March 31, 2018, according to numbers reviewed by NBC. Thirty-five of those were lawful permanent residents or citizens of the U.S., while the other six were not "non-U.S. persons," according to the data.

Chrissy Wallace says no terrorists or would be’s were stopped at the border. Some were. What’s the percentage that weren’t stopped at the border?

Chris Wallace says no terrorists enter through the southern border.

He’s a Ministry of Propaganda operative.

You know, it’s kind of interesting how quickly people forget the vast reduction in domestic terrorist attacks we’ve experienced since POTUS came into office. I haven’t compiled any statistics, but it seemed like such attacks were almost a weekly occurrence for many years, yet I can’t think of the last such attack we’ve experienced. This isn’t just a coincidence. It’s what happens when the government actually does its job. Now the MSM wants to use POTUS’s success against him by arguing terrorism is not a serious threat anymore rather than acknowledging the decrease in terrorism is directly related to POTUS’s vigilance. The MSM are the bought and paid for enemies of the people.

Emily, how many terrorists does it take to destroy your world. Look at your family, look at those you love most. If they were killed in a terror attack would you care if he was one of dozens or hundreds.

If your arms and legs were blown off and you had to spen years in reconstructive surgery and physical therapy would you be thinking “that darn border patrol lied about how many came across the border on foot”

Emily I suggest you go talk to the Marathon survivors and ask them if they cared how the guys got here.

Point remains that illegals have killed many Americans over the years, not to mention drug crimes and the many other criminal acts. It is a problem which the big-shot Democrats outlined only a few years ago.

Kirstjen Nielsen addressed this at POTUS’s press conference Friday. The administration is basing their claim on the number of “special interest aliens” that were stopped. These individuals were not necessarily on the terrorist watch list cited in the article but were flagged by the intelligence community for having terrorist travel patterns or having associations with known terrorists. The MSM needs to start doing their homework instead of engaging in fake journalism.

It takes a staggering level of stupidity to think that the only screening or border blocking that matters is for potential/actual terrorists already in our databases.

If any individual or terror group (or agency) wants to do us harm, allowing them super easy ways to cross our borders is simply foolish (granted, big issues remain about how to handle our other borders and points of entry).

Is too much emphasis being placed on terrorists and criminals and not enough on the masses of indigents that we let in?

A drop of water is harmless but a tsunami of them is ruinous.

We have pet laws, leash laws, fences etc so pets don’t attack people or other pets.

same thing with illegals - we dont want burrowing under fence or running in or out of unfenced yard or threw the doorway even. It’s what many of them are acting like so I call it as I see it. They do as they please - just like an unruly dog, disobedient and some trash the areas they migrate thru or stay in, ruin our good things with no concern, harm us or just get too close or in ways that scare us.

Many don’t care to know our laws or ways, just want meals and warm place to stay and bathe and be provided for some varieties like “working” some don’t. I understand illegals are humans but most are differnet cultures that don’t blend with with the USofA ways and laws.

Not weekly, but every several months or once a year maybe, during Obama years. Too many, though either way.

I was very wrong. Many cases during Obama years. Many just plots, but more attacks than I remembered.
