Um if it's overturned, then states would have the freedom to pass any pro-life or pro-abortion laws they want.

I believe that R vs W has some limitations on abortion. I'm saying that if NY state passes this, the pro-life movement can sue and it would work its way up to SCOTUS and hopefully they would overturn it entirely.
